Who it is for

When an IT project makes sense

A change needs a goal, assessment and acceptance criteria. Services such as backup or network security can also have their own ongoing monthly management. The proposal distinguishes project delivery from recurring operations.

  • The company grew

More people, more branches, more systems. The network, servers and email that used to be enough start slowing down the day-to-day.

  • It is time to migrate

Older servers, email to reorganize or scattered files. We assess what needs to change, dependencies and downtime to be agreed.

  • Security became a priority

A requirement, an identified risk or a review of protection. We assess access, equipment and data to define measures and what will be monitored.

  • New office or renovation

Cabling, rack, Wi-Fi, telephony and technical room designed before the construction work — not improvised after it.

Your team contributes its knowledge of the environment. We agree access, responsibilities, change windows and tests. Those running the environment receive the documentation and guidance specified for handover. See how we support companies that already have an IT department

How we work

How we run a project

From assessment to operational handover: each stage defines work, approvals and what your business will check.

  1. Step 01

    Inventory and assessment

We identify resources and dependencies and assess their condition, risks and needs in one review sized to the project. You provide the goal and operational constraints.

  2. Step 02

    Proposal with scope

A fixed-scope project has an agreed price and deliverables. The proposal specifies materials, licenses, execution, tests, documentation, responsibilities and terms for scope changes.

  3. Step 03

    Execution

We deploy, migrate or install according to the plan. Access and downtime are authorized in advance; we check agreed services and the rollback plan where applicable.

  4. Step 04

    Handover and documentation

We validate agreed tests, record outstanding items and hand documentation to those running the environment. The proposal defines post-deployment follow-up and any recurring management.

Project and operations

Projects and ongoing support are distinct engagements

A project delivers a defined change. A recurring service handles the agreed ongoing work afterward — it can cover full management or just one need, such as backup or a firewall.

The project delivers

  • Defined scope, deadline and budget
  • Migration, installation or deployment done
  • Documented environment and a briefed team

Managed operations keep

  • Support for contracted resources and hours
  • Network and performance monitoring
  • Agreed backup, update and protection routines

Your business can keep operations with its own team or contract ongoing management. For backup and firewalls, for example, a proposal can combine setup with a monthly fee for agreed monitoring, changes and tests. Materials, licenses and expenses must be itemized.
