IT support to get your team back to work

An employee cannot open files, a computer freezes or a sale stops: Skills IT receives the request, investigates and follows up. We can be your company’s IT team or share support with the people already there.

What is included

The work we can take on

We agree on the activities your environment needs. The proposal identifies coverage, tools, responsibilities and items requiring a separate budget.

  • Asking for help on WhatsApp

Employees explain what happened through the agreed channel. Skills IT records the request and tracks the next steps.

  • Remote support

With authorized access, we check the computer, connection and permissions to identify what is preventing work.

  • On-site help when needed

If physical work is needed, we coordinate a staff or partner visit according to agreed coverage and availability.

  • Recurring problems

We review ticket history and assess recurring causes, fixes and changes that need approval.

  • Shared responsibilities

We agree with your business and IT team on who handles requests, approves changes and coordinates the providers involved.

  • Work records

We document configurations and completed actions, with outstanding issues and next steps for the people overseeing the environment.

How it works

From assessment to managed delivery

The assessment combines an inventory with a review of conditions, risks and priorities: what exists, how it is working and what needs attention.

  1. Step 01

    IT environment assessment

We identify resources, users and dependencies and assess conditions, risks and priorities. Inventory tools are included in the management plan.

  2. Step 02

    Coverage and responsibilities

We agree on activities, channels, service hours, owners and the monthly fee. Purchases, projects and scope extensions are identified in the proposal.

  3. Step 03

    Setup and transition

We organize authorized access, configure tools and receive documentation from your current provider or internal team.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing follow-up

We handle covered requests, maintain records and review outstanding issues with the people responsible in your business.

Example: the checkout cannot complete a sale

In this illustrative situation, the checkout loses access to the sales system. The employee asks for help on WhatsApp; our team records the impact, checks the connection and device and involves the software provider if needed. The person responsible can follow completed work and external dependencies.

What your business receives

Support history, referrals and outstanding issues. With in-house IT, we agree on who receives requests, investigates each part and communicates the outcome to employees.

Your team’s role and ours

Your business sets operational priorities and authorizes access, changes and investments. If you have an internal IT team, we share activities and agree on how to track the work. Software providers participate when a change depends on a product they maintain.
