What is included
The work we can take on
We agree on the activities your environment needs. The proposal identifies coverage, tools, responsibilities and items requiring a separate budget.
Control assessment
We identify assets, access and requirements provided by your business to establish technical security priorities.
Firewall management
We manage rules, remote access and updates for the contracted firewall. VPN, filtering and link continuity are included when specified in the service.
Access and permissions
We review accounts and permissions with the responsible staff and apply authorized changes.
Alerts and records
We configure monitoring for the agreed events and record analysis and actions taken.
Shared responsibilities
We agree with your business and IT team on who handles requests, approves changes and coordinates the providers involved.
Work records
We document configurations and completed actions, with outstanding issues and next steps for the people overseeing the environment.
How it works
From assessment to managed delivery
The assessment combines an inventory with a review of conditions, risks and priorities: what exists, how it is working and what needs attention.
Step 01
IT environment assessment
We identify resources, users and dependencies and assess conditions, risks and priorities. Inventory tools are included in the management plan.
Step 02
Coverage and responsibilities
We agree on activities, channels, service hours, owners and the monthly fee. Purchases, projects and scope extensions are identified in the proposal.
Step 03
Setup and transition
We organize authorized access, configure tools and receive documentation from your current provider or internal team.
Step 04
Ongoing follow-up
We handle covered requests, maintain records and review outstanding issues with the people responsible in your business.
Example: someone leaves but their access remains active
In this example, a manager reports the departure and confirms what should happen to the information. We review the accounts and permissions involved, make authorized changes and record the outcome. The process needs your business to communicate the change so the correct access is addressed.

What your business receives
Documented controls and changes, identified risks and outstanding issues, with reporting in the agreed format. These records support management and the people responsible for your requirements.

Your team’s role and ours
Your business sets operational priorities and authorizes access, changes and investments. If you have an internal IT team, we share activities and agree on how to track the work. Software providers participate when a change depends on a product they maintain.
