What is included

The work we can take on

We agree on the activities your environment needs. The proposal identifies coverage, tools, responsibilities and items requiring a separate budget.

  • Servers and dependencies

We identify physical, virtual or cloud servers, operating systems, files and dependencies to organize maintenance and permissions.

  • Network and connectivity

We manage the agreed firewalls, switches, routers and Wi-Fi, recording configurations and completed changes.

  • Planned updates

We assess compatibility and agree on windows to apply the updates covered for your environment.

  • Capacity and faults

We analyze alerts, resource use and recurring problems to prioritize fixes and expansion proposals.

  • Shared responsibilities

We agree with your business and IT team on who handles requests, approves changes and coordinates the providers involved.

  • Work records

We document configurations and completed actions, with outstanding issues and next steps for the people overseeing the environment.

How it works

From assessment to managed delivery

The assessment combines an inventory with a review of conditions, risks and priorities: what exists, how it is working and what needs attention.

  1. Step 01

    IT environment assessment

We identify resources, users and dependencies and assess conditions, risks and priorities. Inventory tools are included in the management plan.

  2. Step 02

    Coverage and responsibilities

We agree on activities, channels, service hours, owners and the monthly fee. Purchases, projects and scope extensions are identified in the proposal.

  3. Step 03

    Setup and transition

We organize authorized access, configure tools and receive documentation from your current provider or internal team.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing follow-up

We handle covered requests, maintain records and review outstanding issues with the people responsible in your business.

Example: file access becomes slow

In this illustrative situation, several departments report slow access. We investigate servers, storage, network and permissions with in-house IT. The findings guide a fix and, when investment is needed, help explain alternatives, dependencies and costs.

What your business receives

Documented configurations, maintenance records and information to track capacity and outstanding issues. Changes and priorities are agreed with the people responsible in your business.

Your team’s role and ours

Your business sets operational priorities and authorizes access, changes and investments. If you have an internal IT team, we share activities and agree on how to track the work. Software providers participate when a change depends on a product they maintain.
