What is included

The work we can take on

We agree on the activities your environment needs. The proposal identifies coverage, tools, responsibilities and items requiring a separate budget.

  • Accounts and domain

We configure business email and administer accounts and permissions approved by your business’s responsible staff.

  • Licenses matched to use

We assess the features each user needs and identify the corresponding licenses and subscriptions in the proposal.

  • Files and collaboration

We support use and sharing permissions for the tools available under your purchased licenses.

  • People joining and leaving

We create, change or disable accounts after authorization, agreeing on data ownership and permissions.

  • Shared responsibilities

We agree with your business and IT team on who handles requests, approves changes and coordinates the providers involved.

  • Work records

We document configurations and completed actions, with outstanding issues and next steps for the people overseeing the environment.

How it works

From assessment to managed delivery

The assessment combines an inventory with a review of conditions, risks and priorities: what exists, how it is working and what needs attention.

  1. Step 01

    IT environment assessment

We identify resources, users and dependencies and assess conditions, risks and priorities. Inventory tools are included in the management plan.

  2. Step 02

    Coverage and responsibilities

We agree on activities, channels, service hours, owners and the monthly fee. Purchases, projects and scope extensions are identified in the proposal.

  3. Step 03

    Setup and transition

We organize authorized access, configure tools and receive documentation from your current provider or internal team.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing follow-up

We handle covered requests, maintain records and review outstanding issues with the people responsible in your business.

Example: your business hires someone

In this example, HR reports the new hire and the manager approves access. IT organizes the account, license and permissions. We record the request and configuration so the new employee can start with the authorized resources.

What your business receives

Records of administered accounts and permissions, handled requests and outstanding issues. Your business retains decisions about who can access information and which licenses to purchase.

Your team’s role and ours

Your business sets operational priorities and authorizes access, changes and investments. If you have an internal IT team, we share activities and agree on how to track the work. Software providers participate when a change depends on a product they maintain.
