What is included

The work we can take on

We agree on the activities your environment needs. The proposal identifies coverage, tools, responsibilities and items requiring a separate budget.

  • Contacts and contracts

We organize technical contacts and identify which services and conditions belong to each provider.

  • Request investigation

We gather information about the fault to route the request to the responsible provider.

  • Technical follow-up

We record reference numbers, responses, tests and outstanding issues to keep discussions moving between the parties.

  • Updates to your business

We explain progress, the next step and what depends on approval or external action.

  • Shared responsibilities

We agree with your business and IT team on who handles requests, approves changes and coordinates the providers involved.

  • Work records

We document configurations and completed actions, with outstanding issues and next steps for the people overseeing the environment.

How it works

From assessment to managed delivery

The assessment combines an inventory with a review of conditions, risks and priorities: what exists, how it is working and what needs attention.

  1. Step 01

    IT environment assessment

We identify resources, users and dependencies and assess conditions, risks and priorities. Inventory tools are included in the management plan.

  2. Step 02

    Coverage and responsibilities

We agree on activities, channels, service hours, owners and the monthly fee. Purchases, projects and scope extensions are identified in the proposal.

  3. Step 03

    Setup and transition

We organize authorized access, configure tools and receive documentation from your current provider or internal team.

  4. Step 04

    Ongoing follow-up

We handle covered requests, maintain records and review outstanding issues with the people responsible in your business.

Example: a system loses its connection

In this example, the fault may involve the internal network, internet link or application. Skills IT checks the environment within its coverage and gathers information for the carrier or software provider. Your team follows progress without rebuilding the story at every contact.

What your business receives

Support history, the parties involved, reference numbers and outstanding issues. Technical coordination helps your business track the problem without automatically transferring other providers’ contracts.

Your team’s role and ours

Your business sets operational priorities and authorizes access, changes and investments. If you have an internal IT team, we share activities and agree on how to track the work. Software providers participate when a change depends on a product they maintain.
